With NIL the game has changed since Anderson and Wells jumping to P5 jobs
Hill has already proven his ability to run and operate a football team has a head coach. I think be a top assistant coach to prove he can scheme and recruit at a P4 level will lead to him getting a shot as head coach in a P4 program.
If BYU does not do well this year, it could be at BYU next year.
