Curious, what do you think of the SSPP?
We have an Ooni and homade pizza is our Sunday dinner tradition (except fast Sunday when we have breakfast for dinner).
I like the Ooni a lot, but have challenges at times getting an even bake, making sure all dough is cooked without any getting over done.
