My family loves pizza nights. Firing up the Solo Stove Pi Prime (we had an ooni in the past) and making our own pizzas is something we do at least twice a month.

We usually make our own pizza dough, but in a pinch we will use pre-made (Harmons or Trader Joe's). A few weeks ago I found a mix at Ace Hardware from a company called Urban Slicer that is absolutely fantastic. We've used it a few times now and it is hands-down the crowd favorite (Their pepperoni and sauce are also fantastic).
