Need an easy/safe brisket recipe for Traeger
Last day at my job tomorrow and I volunteered offered to bring lunch in for the crew.
Somehow, I said that I'd do a brisket even though I've only ever done 1 and it wasn't all that great IMO.
This thing doesn't have to be the best brisket ever. I just want it to be "pretty good" with the lowest risk of completely screwing it up.
