Not sure it would be top 5. Top 15 definitely. Depends on what BYU's OOC
schedule looks like. I would say it would ensure at least a 3 seed in the NCAA tourney, though.
12-8 in conference (with BYU's schedule) would probably put BYU around a 5 seed in the NCAA tourney (which is around where they were last year).
