He won’t be unrated for much longer, and he will have P5 offers before long.
Additionally, a kid with his frame that isn’t afraid to be physical and can also move well can play several different positions. DE, TE, OT depending on how he develops.
I have no issue with BYU being the first P5 program to offer a kid they really like from Georgia. We have to be the first in the door sometimes to have a shot with kids (that’s how we got Tre Alexander).
