I'm all in on the no tie, quarter zip or polo. But if you're C suite guy just dress like your peers, or like the guy whose job you want next.

And seriously, if you really want to advance, take exercise and diet more seriously. Its amazing how much differently people look at and treat you as a fit person compared to an overweight person. I genuinely say this with love as someone who has been on both sides of the coin.
