Some feedback that I need to be "more executive" and I'm sure my dress is part of it. I'm a pretty basic slacks and polo/short sleeves button up guy. That has been fine with my previous positions but now I'm in a position that is not "C-Suite", officially, but pretty much is.

I just can't do the suit/"sport coat", long sleeve, no tie look (not that I want to wear a tie) .

What other options are there?

Keep in mind, I'm a big guy. I'm still taller than I am wide, though. 😉
