I have a neighbor who is a billionaire and wouldn't be on anybody's radar. Dude

is as softspoken and unassuming as they come. They drive a minivan and similarly understated vehicles. Their house is nice, but not as nice as many in the neighborhood. There are more uber wealthy people out there than you realize.

He made (pre-tax) nearly a billion on a business sale about 8-10 years ago and has invested wisely since.
