I would focus on the business degree. If you are a fluent (or mostly fluent)
Chinese speaker, I don't think the Chinese degree will be a huge feather in the hat in terms of Supply Chain jobs.
The vast majority of businesses will not care if you have a degree if you can speak it.
The language major would be helpful if you were teaching Chinese, but otherwise more of a bonus than anything.
