Anyone with experience cutting out artificial sweeteners?
I drink a lot of diet soda, powerade zero, decaf coffee w/ stevia sweetener, etc. I drink basically zero calories. I'm in the best shape of my life, but I still have 10-15 lbs I'd like to lose. I'm wondering if anyone here has seen any benefit from eliminating artificial sweeteners. I understand that they're zero calorie but there is (not great) evidence that they could, nonetheless, contribute to weight by messing with bodily processes.

I realize this could all be invalid too. I'm a very strong believer in calories in vs. calories out. Just wanted to see if someone has on-point knowledge/experience. TIA
