Regardless, what is the diference between 85.5 and 84 as far as ability goes?

Tyler Batty was an 80.... ooh, what a mistake that was. Signing Batty drove down the average that year.
Rehko was a 73!!! BYU should have passed on him. His rating hurt the average even more than Batty.
Khyiris Tonga didn't even have a rating. What were the coaches thinking???
