Night Sisters were introduced in
books sometime in the 90s.
They were popularized and canonized by Dave Filoni through out the 2000s and to the present.

Jacobugath’s making the point that an all female witch coven using their interpretation of the force to manipulate and create life is pretty onbrand for what SW has been for a long time.
This isn’t some big, secret continued infiltration by Big Woke to ruin the lives of SWs fans.
