sounds a lot like the advice my mission president gave me when I came home from my mission. He suggested making two lists: The A list was things I wouldn't compromise on (like your list above). The B list was things that would be nice, but weren't non-starters (plays the piano, etc.) His advice was to date as many girls as I could, and to not waste time dating anyone who didn't check all the "A list" boxes. And then look for someone with a lot of the "B list" attributes.

Like everyone in this thread is saying, you have to be patient, and you have to work on yourself to make sure that you qualify to be on your future wife's list.
