Our daughter can be sweet but unfortunately she has terrible behaviors. A psychiatrist told us to take her to ER during an episode—with the goal of having her commited. However the state doesn’t commit people that are incontinent. Her behavior caused her to loose her sight. Fortunately a medical team restored sight to one eye and accommodate her for quarterly checkups which require general anesthesia.

Despite all the issues, we have met caring medical professionals that have offered moral support— your kind words and treatment mean so much to those of us that are trapped in situations that few will understand
