I have 7 kids, 4 of which have been diagnosed with ASD, and I believe at least 2 others could/will be diagnosed the same. Each is high functioning, but with significant social struggles. They each have mightily struggled in their late teens - early adult life. One of which is married, and another is engaged. I worry mostly about my son who just finished his senior year of HS but was not yet able to graduate. He may end up living with us throughout his life.

Through all of this, my HCBW has been a champion for each of our kids - making sure that each child received all accommodations and help that was due to them from schools and Church.
