I gave a “no” vote to one of these a few months back. She had held the same
position at different lenders for her last 4-5 jobs. She had written a 1/2 page description of that job and then copy/pasted that description on each of the historical jobs.
If she thought that was a good idea in her resume that was enough for me to know it wasn’t a good fit.
