resume format drives me nuts. You get 10 different reviewers you get 10 different opinions. It's like playing the guess what I am thinking game
I could put my 25 year career info in half a page and if you are the person who knows what they are doing as an interviewer you will understand perfectly what it means and then spend the interview drilling into the experiences. Then 50% of the population says that you should have one page for every 5 years, others want short and sweet...it's ridiculous
Lets be honest, no one wants to prepare a resume so to do it they are just following the advice of whoever they found in their online search or were advised by a mentor. Don't be that guy that dismisses them because they listened to someone who thinks different than you.
