That's awesome! Congrats on achieving such good results already. Yeah, it's amazing what exercise, good diet, and good
sleep will do for our health. In glad it's working so well.

If you want another tool in your tool belt for fighting blood pressure, fasting can also be helpful in lowering it. Not that you necessarily need it given what exercise and sleep are doing for you, but it's another thing you could try if you wanted.
