Here is how I think it will throw down...
Notre Dame will end up in the BIG10... obviously.

Clemson, Florida State to SEC
North Carolina, UVA to BIG10

If that happens... BIG10 will be sitting at 21 teams while SEC will be sitting at 19. I don't don't think Florida State or Florida will want Miami in the SEC, and I just don't see the BIG10 wanting to Miami as well.

So Miami to BIG12
The BIG10 might invite Duke to pair North Carolina up with their rival. If so, that takes them to 22 teams and that might be the end all for BIG10 expansion.

Georgia doesn't want Georgia Tech to be in the same conference... so Georgia Tech to BIG12. That puts the BIG12 at 16 teams.

North Carolina State or Virginia Tech are going to be the 20th team added to the SEC. If I were a betting man, it's probably Virginia Tech. So North Carolina State is the 17th team added to the BIG12. Louisville will be the 18th team in the BIG12.

BIG10 won't add anymore beyond 22, unless they decide to take Stanford. Pitt will be the 19th team in the BIG12. I personally think the BIG12 stops at 20.... So the choices are:

Boston College (Massive TV market but BC doesn't even control a little bit of it... aka Houston)
Wake Forest (If the conference has NCSt. do we really want another NC school?)
Syracuse (what do they bring again?)
SMU (The BIG12 seems to want nothing to do with SMU)
Cal (A financially unstable athletic program)

Yormark has said that he wants the west coast and he never really got it by adding Colorado, Utah and the Arizona schools. So maybe he goes after Cal... heck maybe Stanford. But Yorkmark is also big on media markets... thus it probably would be Boston College.
