I basically addressed 1. with, he missed part or all of at least 1 of 4 losses

2. PAC was BAAADDD 2020 and 2021. Mid 2022 and descent 2023. Many computer rankings rated PAC close to or even better than Big12 last season.

I think I saw ESPN FPI gave Utes 4th or 5th best chance of winning the conference, which seems about right with what looks like a relatively easy schedule. Definitely not ‘running the conference’ as Utes are fond of spewing.
