I'd love to hear the explanation on that.

Since joining a power conference, and I use that term loosely considering where the PAC was most of Utah's time a member of the PAC, Utah's best seasons ended with 4 or more loses.

Now Utah is joining a tougher conference and yet Hans expects them to do no worse than 8-4? That seems a little optimistic based upon Utah's past results.
