Hate to be a bit of a downer...

But there can be a wide range in quality in CS programs. Utah is very good and BYU is also really good. USU isn't nearly as good as they are and I'd be surprised if Utah Tech is as good as USU. That said, she'll probably learn enough skills either way to get a good job.
