Anytime I'm there in the summer. Smells like hot garbage. Seriously, leaving all your trash containers outside
is a recipe for disgusting smells. NYC seems to do it worse than most other big cities I visit.

It was fun to visit but I had my head on a swivel every time we rode the subway and in Central Park. Saw some crazies..
