Where do they own?
If it’s a Marriott, a decent amount have some value and unless it’s a really horrible season / resort, it isn’t terribly difficult to give away.
You can do a free giveaway on TUG and people will line up for (most) Marriotts.
If it’s a bad season or less popular resort you could look at working with Marriott as a “certified exit” where they do a title search and you deed it back to them.
