The OSU game is a little misleading. He did play ok in first half, but 2nd half
was not good. JR had a 46% completion percentage for the game, which won’t win games.
You also have to consider that the D scored one TD and the fake punt got them a field goal, so the O only scored 17 points for the game ( regulation).
I think JR will be the starter and I think he has the ability to be a decent QB but he needs to cleanup mistakes and be consistent.
