Not weird. Bowl agreements were signed for multi-years well before PAC went
in life support. I would bet that The Big 12 will offer to pick up some of those bowls and some will agree to be picked up to assure that they gave a future beyond 2025/26.
ACC might want to grab one since they added PAC schools.
Big 10 would get their pick if they want any of those bowls.
