I have both had an Air BnB, and used them plenty. Never had problems with them
since I read the reviews.
Paid a kid in the Ward to take care of it if I was gone. Tried to stay away from crazy divorced ladies renting them, stuck to mostly foreigners headed to a National Park or couples in town for an event.
I have stayed in buses, RV's, an Indian families room upstairs etc., but I always knew that is what I was booking.

Only used it once. In Whistler. A couple was sleeping in the bed when we arrived at midnight with 4 kids. Never again.
