The incentives are all wrong. As long as the Feds guarantee an endless supply of
Customers there’s no reason to lower tuition.
It’s a massive money-making scam supported by our own government for the benefit of executive and administrative staff(not professors) in higher education.

I think it’s a lot higher than 10-25%. I’m guessing based on savings numbers it’s somewhere between 50-65%.
