The reality is that so many of our 'needs' are not actually 'needs'. They are
simply wants or desires. It really is frightening and saddening to me how far people get in life and have so much debt and lack of retirement. They are only worried about today and not tomorrow, let alone next year or 10 years from now. Immediate satisfaction is the name of the game.
It's like when car dealers will give huge deals of 'no payments' for the first 90 days. Or when they say $500 or $1200 off. How does that entice anyone that shouldn't be purchasing the vehicle in the first place is beyond me.

I think it’s a lot higher than 10-25%. I’m guessing based on savings numbers it’s somewhere between 50-65%.
