Code of Honor. With this CH we can then police the fans to ensure upright and proper behavior. Eventually we could create an Office of Enforcement for the CH and ensure that the future fan's only cheer how we prescribe, that they dress appropriately as they represent the BYU fanbase, and have acceptable grooming standards (we may need to look into sideburn cards in the future provided "mutton chops" came back in style).

With this adopted CH, I believe I could be a better and more acceptable BYU fan.
