to WFH, hybrid, or in-office, nobody cares. The Redmond campus has like 120+ buildings let alone the global offices so most people did meetings from Teams even before the pandemic. My 15~ person team is outputting more work with 2 less employees post-pandemic with the majority of us remote now.
Best part of WFH? Not sitting down with the auditors face-to-face.
I think going to the office once per week would be my ideal, but the flexibility in being able to live outside of major metros like Seattle, Bay Area, NYC, and actually buy a home is really nice.
