I misspoke. It is your conclusion that is fundamentally flawed.
Subjective officiating isn’t a fundamental flaw just because you deem it so.
That is like saying chess is fundamentally flawed because computers are better at it than humans. And if a computer can do it better…well then it eliminates the thrill of competition, degrades the value of human sport, and is therefore a fundamental flaw.
