Boise did most of their dominating in the WAC. MWC and WAC were both "AA".

Also, they continued to play in NY6 games after joining the MWC. Why no invite to a P5 from the MWC?

I don't know how many holes I have to poke in this meritocracy theory of yours, but if everyone in the landscape of CFB disagrees with you, maybe you're wrong?
