Definitely could be - my point is that they’re not doing that because “Whitt
despises BYU” - they’re doing it because it’s good for Utah’s program.
I agree that it’s good for Utah when BYU is down (generally speaking) and vice versa, particularly to the extent that Utah wants to go after top in-state and/or LDS talent (and I don’t know why they ever wouldn’t).
