I've always seriously questioned if Damuni brought any tangible value to the program other than a
Rah rah guy. It would be an absolute joke if Raider goes to Yewtah and a slap to the face to Kalani. If this doesn't wake him up to the uselessness of hiring all his brahs I don't know what would. Some may think this overly harsh.
Big12 is big boy stuff. We gotta run our program top to bottom like it's a serious business or we're gonna get left in the dust. If you are doing a startup, putting your life's savings on the line, do you hire a bunch of unqualified buddies at high salaries? The thought is preposterous, but in some cases thats what's happened with Kalani and staff, but with BYU's money.
