He's not asking for advisors to work for free. He asked for one that doesn't
earn commissions for selling particular products. Plenty of advisors work on retainer or for a flat fee instead of earning their money selling certain financial products to their clients. IDK how anyone could ever trust an advisor who earns commissions from the products they recommend. It would always make me nervous that they were recommending products to line their pockets instead of the products that best suit my needs.
