The answer is to trade Gobert and hope Mitchell stays and grows as a leader. He costs too much and when the playoffs come, his Defensive Player of the Year status disappears. Teams play small and hit 3 after 3 in the corner while he watches from the paint and he is too limited offensively to make them pay on the other end for not having any size in the game. The NBA has gone to needing long athletic wings and quicker centers which we have neither. I also buy into the theory that Joe was the glue that has held this together, his game has passed him by but he seemed to keep the locker room happy.
