Someone like Marvin Harrison Jr (who didn't play much before to preserve a RS and because Ohio St had Garrett Wilson, Chris Olave, Jaxon Smith-Njigba) is a better WR than anyone Utah had.
Not just better than they had at the moment, but a higher rated WR recruit than anyone Utah has ever had. Actually, higher rated than any recruit Utah has ever had at any position. So yeah, Ohio St's backups are better than Utah. Which I think lines up with what both fanbases are saying.
