Florida can be a dangerous opponent in the Swamp (even in a down year) and Utah can have a chance to beat them, despite them being dangerous.
In my opinion, anyone saying Utah absolutely WILL beat Florida is delusional. But anyone saying they absolutely WON'T beat Florida is also practicing wish fulfillment.
