Left my key in the room along with all my belongings/ID.I arrived late at night
The hotel desk clerk was extremely rude wouldn’t allow me to retrieve my ID. Travel colleague in another room wouldn’t answer their phone as I tried to get them to confirm my identity.
After hours of sitting in the lobby I asked if I could go to the hotel gym they gave me access to that after walking the treadmill I grabbed a mat and slept there the rest of the night.
