Not worried, the Big 12 wanted Utah and the Arizona schools even when they were
not losing Texas and Oklahoma. Utah will be fine regardless of what happens.
BYU was an "oh crap, we need warm bodies" addition.
If the Big 10 raids the Pac-12, the remaining schools in the Pac-12 will raid the Big 12. Big 10 raiding the Pac-12 is more of an issue for BYU than it is for Utah.
