Hard to say, bowl games depend a lot on who is more excited to be there

And what players are opting out. Utah just got to the peak of their program and are stoked to be in the Rose Bowl. OSU just lost to their rival and has to watch them play in the playoffs while they’re supposed to get excited to play a 10-3 pac 12 champ
