certain life-limited parts based on flight hours, age and/or flight cycles (take-offs and landings). Commercial airliners end up with very few original parts on the plane when they are 35 years old. Still, I like new aircraft if given a choice. You can drive your old jalopy as long as you want with no requirement to renew parts regularly. No so with commercial aircraft.
