Wish more people could understand the separation. It’s annoying when people
leave the church, having been BYU fans all their life, and then suddenly start running around in head-to-toe Ute gear and incessantly antagonizing anything blue.
There’s zero reason fandom needs to be tethered to faith. Don’t think most Notre Dame fans are actually active Catholics.
Also, I sure hope nobody has actually said anything about to you about going to hell, as that would make them insufferable morons that don’t understand their own religion.
