After getting screwed (flat out lied to by our own claims adjuster in one case), we fought hard on the latest one and the other party was found at fault. We provided a voice recording of the other driver admitting fault and our adjuster found no fault. We pushed and that adjuster is no longer with the company. I have found insurance companies are not your advocate. They go with the path of last resistance
