was that, when you were losing, you kept your head up, played with effort and didn't take cheap shots. You wanted to walk away with your character intact. I wish we didn't have as much experience in that area as we did, but as I said, we lost more than we won.
I agree that the tone at the top is important and permeates through the team. Some players will always go their own way, but most players and even the assistant coaches for our team followed the course set by our head coach.
