I think the aspect of this that goes underappreciated is talent development. That has to be a cultural aspect of the program where players who get better over time play in the game and players who stagnate don't. The open competition that they had at QB last Fall comes to mind...hopefully the new coach can maintain that kind of constant improvement that gets players drafted.
