This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. People have been using apps to control devices for a long time now - Traeger, for all of its past innovation - did not come up with this idea. And it's dumb for them to have a patent on it.
And that's coming from someone who's current smoker doesn't have a wifi controller and I'm feeling pretty OK without it. I still think it's dumb for Traeger to think they can patent that.
