I went from 218lbs in August of 2018 down to 173lbs in July of 2019 when I competed. Certainly, 173lbs is not my ideal weight but started around 2,400 calories and during peak week my lowest was 1350. Not fun during the process, but fun looking back on it! I have settled back to about 193 which is a good weight, body fat, and physique for me.
